BEAUTYMADNESS WEAR is an independent label based in Indonesia. All prices stated on our blogstore are in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR). 

PAYMENT METHODS
Domestic Orders (Indonesia) 
Payment is to be made within 48 hours upon receipt of invoice. If more time is needed, please contact us via email. Else, transaction will be voided.
Payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments is also accepted through PayPal. 
We do not entertain Cash on Delivery (COD).
International Orders
Payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments is accepted through PayPal. The final exchange rate is determined by your credit card company or PayPal. Please use XE.com – Foreign Exchange Rate Calculator for a rough gauge.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are processed, packed and shipped out via JNE within 3 working days - Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Should you require an urgent shipment, please contact us beautymadnesswear@yahoo.com
In the event that your order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full postage cost of redelivery will have to be borne by the customer.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 


All sales are final upon confirmed and changing of orders or cancellation is not allowed. We do not offer any form of exchanges or returns, unless in the event of a defective or wrong order received. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 3 days upon receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange.
